General profiles management
The second tab of Autofill Forms settings dialog allows you to manage different Profiles:

Add a new profile
To add a new profile you only have to click on the button labeled "Add". The currently selected profile will be duplicated and your new profile will be added to the list.
Delete a profile
To delete a profile just selecte it in the list and click on the button labeled "Remove".
Change the position of a profile in the profiles list
To move a profile up or down in the list, select it in the list and press the buttons labeled "Move Up" or "Move Down".
Change the name of a profile
To change the name of a profile, select it in the list, change the contents of the text field displaying the profile label and press the button labeled "Apply" to apply your changes to the profile name.
Change the site rule of a profile
To change the Site Rule of a profile, select the profile in the list either change the Site Rule displayed in the textbox manually or use the provided Rule Editor.
Import a profile
To import a profile, click on the button labeled "Import Profile..." and select the profile file from the file selection dialog.
Export a profile
To export a profile, select it in the list and click on the button labeled "Export current Profile...". The default file extension is ".txt", but you may also choose another extension.
Advanced profiles settings
The second subtab of the Profiles tab allows you to adjust advanced profiles related settings:

Automatically select the best matching profile
This setting automatically selects the best matching profile when filling out forms. The "best matching profile" is the profile with the best matching Site Rule. A Site Rule which matches domain and path of the current website matches better than a profile which matches only the domain.
Enable Global Profile
The Global Profile is used on all forms fields that couldn't be filled out with the currently selected profile.
Show in form fields context menu
This settings allows you to define which profiles are shown in the context menu of form fields.
