If you store any confidential data with Autofill Forms you should enable encryption on Autofill Forms Advanced Settings dialog.
The encryption makes use of Firefox Master Password, so you don't have to remember any additional passwords.
Although it is possible to use Autofill Forms as login manager it is recommended to install and use Secure Login for any login forms.
